Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is the name of a Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin, born in Winnipeg and raised by Wellington Paquin's acting debut was as Flora McGrath. For this part, she was awarded the Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress in The romantic drama The Piano at the young age of 11. She is the second-youngest winner in Oscar the history of Oscars. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on the 24th July 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Canadian actress and New Zealander who, as a kid won an Academy Award in 1993 for the top supporting actress. The actress played the fierce daughter of Holly Hunter's portrayer in The Piano. As a result of an audition, Flora McGrath was cast as the daughter of a Scottish musician. Flora McGrath is the daughter of the mute Scottish musician, who emigrated from Scotland to New Zealand to marry in the 19th century. As a teenager her family left Canada to the United States. Paquin was cast as the child title in Franco Zeffirelli's Jane Eyre in the year 1996. Also, she was the lead part on the screen in Fly Away Home, a movie from the year. Paquin was the character Frankie Addams as a child in the 1996 television film adaptation Carson McCullers novel The Member of the Wedding. Paquin also had a role of the queen of Spain in Steven Spielberg's 1997 film Amistad. She played teenagers on Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000) as well as A Walk on the Moon (2000). She portrayed the role of a groupie Polexia Aphrodisa in Almost Famous (2000).
