Charli D'Amelio

Charli G. D'Amelio (/d@mIlioU/d@-MIlee-oh d@MIlee-oh) began her life in May 2004. She was a dancer who competed for more than ten years prior embarking on her journey into social media in 2019, when she started posting dance videos to the video-sharing website TikTok. It quickly built up a significant number of followers and eventually became one of the most popular creators on the platform in March of 2020. She became surpassed by Khaby Lame at the end of summer 2022. D'Amelio was able to make her feature film debut with a voice role in the animated film StarDog and TurboCat. From 2021 on, she's a presenter on the Hulu Docuseries The D'Amelio and Snap Original Charli vs. Dixie. D'Amelio took home the Dancing with the Stars 30th season in 2022 also together with Mark Ballas. She has also published two books, started podcasts and has created her own nail polish collection. Others include a clothing company, makeup line, mattress, multi-product business and an apparel line. She's the first ever to have both 50 million and 100 million TikTok fans.
